Collaboration

Dr. habil Márta Zimmer is habilitated docent at the Department of Cognitive Science at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Her main point of interest is the processes behind neural adaptation, measured through facial and non-facial stimuli in normal and clinical populations as well.

Our cooperation partners from the Biological Psychology and Cognitive Neurosciences (BPCN) at the University of Jena are Prof. Kovács Gyula and Prof. Stefan Schweinberger. Their group focuses on the psychological processes and neural mechanisms behind person perception. Together we work on the neuropsychological and electrophysiological profiling of congenital prosopagnosia patients as well as the other end of the performance spectrum, the so called “super-recognisers”
